Can’t remember if I have sent you a note of thanks or not, but just wanted to say thank you so much for our new pumps! They look very professional, especially with the INCODO logo, and I have trialed them out on site and found them to work great. We received our first spore sample results back from Biodet showed them a photo of your equipment – they replied that they were impressed and thought the telescoping apparatus was very novel and a smart idea.
I must say, it was great not having to spend half the time trying to find suitable locations for sampling, but being able to set the pump up anywhere is a huge advantage. The battery, timers and pumps all worked as they should and would recommend your fine equipment to anyone and everyone.
We are very pleased and very grateful for your hard work, especially adding the timers! We appreciate the calibration certificates too and include them in our reports.
